We have had cases of Auspost or NZ post losing packages. We aim to keep the shipping at the bare minimum so we give you the option to save money. You can opt to have tracking or no tracking for international parcel.
If there is tracking and it shows it has not arrived then we will refund you or ship you the products again.
WARNING: If you do not accept tracking, we do not cover the costs or send you your products again. This is because there is no way to know you did or did not receive the package.
